“What a lovely family business. This is the second time we have used Ed. A thoroughly professional and very pleasant worker. He covered all the furniture with dust sheets, even though no mess was made. Ed spent a long time sweeping the chimney as well as cleaning and checking the fire. We have had a log burner for over twelve years and he is by far the best Chimney Sweep we have used. He carries some spare parts on the van and nothing seems too much trouble. He is ably supported by his wife Gem who dealt with the booking over the phone. She even sent us a message the day before our appointment as a reminder. It must run in the family as she is also pleasant and cheerful. I have no hesitation in recommending them.”
